A specific buyer and a practical problem
The offer speaks directly to commercial laundry owners and operations teams, with the order journey providing a clear thread through the story.
Think Menai product · commercial laundry software
LinenOS is our commercial software product for laundry owners and operations teams, built around a practical need: keeping orders, stock, deliveries and billing connected.
Created by Nick Green at Think Menai, it brings a specialist business problem, an owned product and a dedicated website for software sales into one commercial proposition.

The challenge
Orders in one spreadsheet, stock on another and a delivery update over the phone. Keeping those details together can take attention away from the work itself.
Collection, processing, dispatch and billing are connected. A missing quantity or unclear status can leave the next person chasing an answer.
A laundry owner needs to recognise their own operation in the offer, understand where the product fits and know how to explore it in a demo.
What we built
Nick built LinenOS as a commercial software product to sell to laundry businesses. That ownership connects product decisions with the work of explaining the offer, helping buyers assess its fit and supporting the next sales conversation.
The product proposition centres on one connected operation: the order coming in, the linen moving through the laundry, the delivery going out and the account being billed. It gives the software a specific audience and a practical job to do.
The redesigned marketing website carries that same idea into the buying journey. Visitors meet the operational benefit first, then explore the workflow, features and pricing before arranging a demo. The work combines specialist software development with commercial website design.
LinenOS gives Think Menai a product business in a defined sector, with its proposition shaped around laundry orders, inventory, deliveries and customer accounts.
The existing teal linen mark anchors the brand. Instrument Sans, calm colour and laundry imagery support the message: “Your laundry. All in hand.”
Seven pages bring the homepage, features, pricing, company story, demo enquiry route and legal information into a consistent experience on desktop and mobile.
A labelled example follows an order through collection, processing, delivery and invoicing. It helps visitors understand the idea before exploring the real software in a demo.
The observable result
LinenOS now has a consistent seven-page marketing website supporting its software proposition. The delivery shown here is the product’s route to market; customer uptake, revenue and operational savings have not been measured in this case study.
The offer speaks directly to commercial laundry owners and operations teams, with the order journey providing a clear thread through the story.
Features, plan information and demo links help prospective buyers move from recognising the problem to discussing their own operation.
All seven marketing routes were verified after deployment. The redesign retained the existing PHP routing and contact handler, with no database changes.
The lesson for specialist software
A strong software idea needs a useful product, a clear audience and a credible way to reach buyers. We bring those decisions together, from the operational problem to the website that supports the sale.
