Terms & Refund Policy

These terms cover your purchase and use of the Small Business AI Systems Library ("the Library"), sold by Think Menai. By buying, you agree to them. Please read the short refund section below — it's a genuine promise, not small print.
1. What you're buying
The Library is digital content: practical business systems, guides, prompts and templates you access online through your account. You're buying:
- Access to every system published in the Library at the time of your purchase, for as long as we operate the Library ("lifetime access");
- If you buy as a founder member, the new systems we add for 12 months from your purchase date, at no extra cost.
The systems are practical guidance to help you work faster. They are not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and results will vary from business to business.
2. Price & payment
The Library is a one-off payment (currently £47 for founder members) in GBP. It is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
3. Getting access
Right after payment we email a link to set your password. You then log in to your private dashboard. Keep your login details secure and don't share your account — access is for you and your business.
4. 14-day money-back guarantee
If the Library isn't right for you, email hello@thinkmenai.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No hoops, no awkward questions. Use the email address you bought with so we can find your order.
A note on your statutory rights: because the Library is digital content available immediately, by purchasing you ask us to provide access straight away and acknowledge that this can affect the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content. Our 14-day money-back guarantee above is offered voluntarily and in addition to your statutory rights, so you're covered either way. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
5. Your licence & fair use
You may use the systems within your own business. Please don't resell, republish, share your login, or redistribute the content. We may suspend or close an account that abuses this (for example, sharing access widely), without refund.
6. Changes to the Library
We improve the Library over time — adding, updating and occasionally retiring systems. Some systems suggest third-party tools (for example, well-known AI assistants); those tools are run by other companies under their own terms and pricing, which we don't control.
7. Results & liability
We've built these systems from real-world experience and we want them to genuinely help, but we can't guarantee specific results — how much you save depends on your business and how you apply them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Library. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
