1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of our website and products or services offered by Think Menai Ltd. By using the site or buying a service, you agree to the terms that apply. A separate proposal, statement of work or product-specific terms may also apply and will take precedence where they expressly differ.
2. Who we are
Think Menai Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under number 16363058. We provide marketing, website, software, automation, AI consultancy, training and digital products for businesses.
3. Acceptable use
You must use our website and services lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation or security, submit deliberately false information, infringe another person's rights or use our content and tools to build an unauthorised competing copy.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or the business.
4. Accounts
Some products require an account. You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
5. Payments, digital products and subscriptions
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are stated in pounds sterling and the checkout will show whether VAT is included or added. Product-specific access, refund and renewal terms shown on the relevant sales or checkout page form part of your purchase.
Where a product is sold for a one-off payment, it will not renew as a subscription unless the sales page and checkout clearly say otherwise.
6. Course bookings and cancellations
A fixed-date training place is confirmed after successful payment and our booking confirmation.
- Cancel at least 14 calendar days before the workshop for a full refund.
- Cancel 7 to 13 calendar days before the workshop to request a suitable transfer, nominate a substitute delegate or receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled fewer than 7 calendar days before the workshop are non-refundable unless we resell the place. Delegate substitutions are welcome up to 24 hours before the workshop.
- If we cancel or materially rearrange a course, we will offer a transfer or refund.

7. Consultancy and project work
Project scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, acceptance and intellectual property will normally be set out in a proposal or statement of work. Estimates depend on timely access to information, feedback and third-party systems. Changes outside the agreed scope may affect cost and timing and will be discussed before work proceeds.
8. Intellectual property
Our branding, website content, methods and original tools remain the intellectual property of Think Menai Ltd or our licensors unless agreed otherwise in writing. Client-specific ownership and licence terms will be stated in the relevant project agreement.
9. AI-assisted outputs
AI-assisted content and analysis can be incomplete or wrong. Unless a project agreement expressly states otherwise, you remain responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in decisions, customer communication, regulated activity or published work. Do not provide sensitive data to a tool unless its use has been approved for that purpose.
10. Third-party services
Our work may rely on services supplied by companies such as Stripe, hosting providers, advertising platforms and software vendors. Their availability, terms and privacy policies apply to their part of the service. We are not responsible for a third-party change or outage beyond our reasonable control, but we will take commercially reasonable steps to support continuity where this is within our agreed role.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by unauthorised or unsuitable use, or a failure to review AI-generated output. Any additional limits for paid work will be set out in the relevant agreement.
12. Changes
We may update these website terms when our products, services or legal obligations change. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated where appropriate.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
