1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of our website and any products or services offered by Think Menai Ltd. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not use our services.

2. Who We Are

Think Menai Ltd is a UK-registered company providing AI consultancy, automation services, training, and a suite of SaaS tools. Our platform includes free and paid resources aimed at helping businesses adopt and implement AI effectively.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Misuse the platform or try to gain unauthorised access
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use our tools or content to train, reverse-engineer, or build competing services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you're in breach of these terms.

4. Account Registration

Some features require you to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid services or products are processed securely using Stripe. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Subscription products will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel subscriptions via your account dashboard.
• Refunds are only offered in cases where the product was not delivered or failed to meet advertised functionality.

6. Course Bookings, Substitutions and Cancellations

Where we sell a fixed-date workshop, course or training session, your place is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed through Stripe and we have issued a booking confirmation.

• Course prices are shown in GBP. Where VAT applies, the checkout and confirmation email will show the VAT-inclusive amount charged.
• You may cancel a course booking for a full refund up to 14 calendar days before the workshop date.
• If you cancel from 7 to 13 calendar days before the workshop date, you may transfer the place to a future suitable session where available, nominate a substitute delegate, or receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel fewer than 7 calendar days before the workshop date, the booking is non-refundable unless we are able to resell the place. Delegate substitutions are still welcome up to 24 hours before the workshop.
• If we have to cancel or materially rearrange a course, we will offer either a full refund or a transfer to another suitable date.
• To cancel, transfer or substitute a delegate, email hello@thinkmenai.com with your booking reference.

These terms are intended to be fair and proportionate, recognising that fixed-date training places involve limited capacity, venue planning and preparation time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and original tools on this site remain the intellectual property of Think Menai Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our site or tools without our prior written consent.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Our tools, advice, and services are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. We are not liable for:

• Loss of business, data, or profits arising from use of our services
• Third-party tools or APIs integrated into our platform
• AI-generated content used without proper review by the user

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g. for fraud or death caused by negligence).

9. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third parties (including Stripe, Google, Facebook, and others) to provide key functionality. Their terms and privacy policies apply where relevant.

10. Modifications and Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here, and where appropriate, you'll be notified by email or via your account.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
